| The Froogle Data Feed system only supports online merchants that
sell products with specified prices. The merchant must ship those products to
the consumer. These guidelines exclude affiliate marketing websites. However,
test searches on Froogle does show some affiliate results which would indicate
that affiliate products can be listed on Froogle through the regular Google index. |

| Advantage Of Froogle Data Feeds |

| Submission of data feeds gives you time-sensitive control over
current freshness, accuracy and latest price changes rather than waiting for Google
spider updates. Data feeds can be submitted at any time but at least once a month
to avoid automatic Froogle expiration. |
