During its Beta launch, Froogle only supports U.S. based online
merchants with English websites that specify product prices in U.S. dollars. At
some point in the future, once the Froogle system is refined support will be extended
to foreign merchant stores.
An approved merchant must present products, accept orders online
and directly ship those products to the consumer. Websites that sell services
or custom products without fixed prices are excluded from Froogle. The direct
product-shipping requirement excludes Affiliate Marketers. For more info visit

There are two ways for your product to be included in Froogle.
Via The Google Database
According to Google (Froogle), if your merchant website is already
indexed by regular Google, your products will automatically be included in Froogle.
If your site is not listed by Google, submit a well-optimized site through the
Google process.
Searches performed on Froogle do occasionally result in displayed
affiliate products. Although Affiliate websites are definitely excluded from the
Froogle Data Feed program (discussed later), it
seems they are included from the regular Google index. That seems logical since
there is no accurate way for a spider to determine whether a merchant does or
does not directly ship products. Froogle manually reviews a website to determine
acceptance into its Data
Feed Inclusion program.
Submit A Froogle Data Feed
The easiest way into Froogle and greatest potential for product
prominence is via the Froogle data feed system. Data feed preparation, formatting
and submission conveniences are discussed further here, Froogle
Data Feed.
